Your mind feels a little quieter.
-
You find yourself replaying the same thoughts less.
-
It’s a little easier to sit still without reaching for your phone.
-
Falling asleep may feel a little easier that night.
Not because life changed overnight. But because you’re no longer carrying the same level of mind chatter.
